An incident in the middle of nowhere!

Wednesday, 3: 26 PM. UAQ girls on their way to the their city when….. Well, this is how I wanted to write about this abnormal story that happened to us, UAQ girls, on our way to our city after finishing a long tiring day in the University.
Before the whole thing started, I remember that I was talking with my friend and telling her that I want to spend the rest of my time on the bus solving some probabilities problems for my quantitative methods class. When I got my papers and pens out, we suddenly felt like the bus start to crack and move unstably. We started looking around wondering if it’s the ground underneath us or something else… and it was indeed something else, some girls said “The bus’s tier exploded!” … surprisingly, the girls were not terrified at all, instead they started to think about a way to get ourselves out.

Our bus driver, hoped out thinking about what the next step should be. We were not sure what shall we do when A said “Why don’t we call the police! We are blocking the other cars, we might cause traffic!” I agreed with her but then we wanted to know what the bus driver thought about it. Then, it was like a sign sent to us, I heard some girls saying that they saw a police car coming to us!

The police came and tried to help us by calling here and there. Meanwhile, I was setting calmly in the bus solving the problems for my quantitative methods class! Some girls were like “You really have no life” others were like “Now that’s a good student”… I was not sure what to say, it was only because I hate wasting time. Anyways, we were surprised that the repairing lasted for more than 1 hour. A girl went to talk to the policeman in charge and ask him if he can do anything better…and he responded really rudely to her! I did not really like that way he talked to her, it was just so mean!

Around 5 everything was finished. We left Dubai and headed back to UAQ… so I spent the rest of the time to UAQ writing about this unique incident… I have never experienced one until today.

Fourth Year Already!

Wow! A whole new life in ZU! The past three years was not thing compared to this one… in the term of “hardness” … from the very first week, I submitted my papers to the students services to work again in the library as a “Tutor”. The first day in the job, again, was really different! Because in no time I realized that I have many students! In the second week, they were counted about 20! I was not sure how I can manage them because my time was limited and besides Ramadan was coming soon. The thing is that many girls are interested this year to become tutors and take care of some of my students.

Class, hmmm my classes! I am not sure how to start or what to say… TOO BUSY AND COMPLICATED!! I only have five subjects for this semester coz for some reason I could not take anymore. But they are full of information! Introduction to Marketing, Finance and Management, quantitative methods beside Macroeconomics! It’s not like they are hard but they require work… a lot of it.

Then Ramadan came, the peaceful month in the whole year. I love this month, its calm and gives me some kind of relieve and peacefulness. I have a day off every week but as always I prefer going on campus and do some work or tutor. During Ramadan, many things happened…

The second week of Ramadan was the busiest.. I started it with the yearly help of presentation for Mr. D. I always enjoy and like helping him with his presentations and give him my feedback about his students. I don’t think that I will ever forget such an experience with Mr. D. The other thing that kept me busy last week was my assignments…I had two assignments which were suppose to be submitted on Wednesday (Today) … I was so nervous about them…however, during the weekend, I got my whole soul and heart into them….and today I submitted one of them already, the finance assignment and after moments I will submit the next one….Oh! My teacher is here! Time to go and I am not sure when the next time of posting on my blog is!

Summer Drama..."Delightful Girl"

In my mind, I am laughing, thinking about this drama is all what it takes for me to smile really wide! One of the top 3 comedy dramas I watched during summer. The story is about two teenagers who have nothing at all in common. After 10 days of meeting each other, their families insisted that they should get married because of a “misunderstanding”

Their families planned to have a wedding ceremony for the two before they get to their colleges. However, when that time actually arrived, too much complications started to appear in the drama. Of course, every Korean drama should have a third party. There was this MEAN guy who was 10 years older than the girl but he fell for her. No wonder when they say that “love” does not know this kind of complications . This guy, who was a CEO of a big film company, tried his best to separate the two. On the other hand, there was this girl who was the main guy’s first love. She did not love him but once he got married, she started having some “selfish” feelings…I really disliked her.

The most amazing senses are the comedy ones! I LOVED THEM! I can really say that they were the best EVER! It’s funny when the two were fighting at the beginning of their marriage. But I loved it when later on trusted each other and never made the other two get between them.

It was the last drama that I watched. It was a good one, I truly seriously can call it a good ending for the summer dramas. I watched 15!! I don’t know how I did it but I actually did watch 15! I don’t think that I will see anymore dramas until I don’t know when. So bye bye dramas, hello hard time!
