Short Trip

“What! Purple frame!” was my reaction when my Dad told me about the color of my new glasses’ frame. He choose it without taking me to the glasses shop! But then, I felt like he wanted me to see it before he allow them to put the glasses … so…

He took me to that shop in UAQ. I saw the frame and… WOW!!! It was cool! It was not purple but violet my favorite color. I liked my Dad’s taste, I always had but I thought that his taste is not as good as before when he told me about that purple frame…

Then we went to another shop to get my new “3abaya”. I went there alone – in the past I did not dare to a shop alone-. When I asked about it, Indian man started looking but he did not find it!!! here and there, up and down but nothing!! he called the rest of his friends..

My Dad get bored and he came to the shop… He does not like to waste time over nothing so when I told he that they did not find it .. he did not like that. After more moments they found my 3abaya but after they turned the shop upside down.

This trip did not last more than 20 minutes. For my dad it was not for fun but it was a “BUSSINESS TRIP” as he called it. He took me back home and asked me to make a pizza for dinner instead of walking .. very well, what can I say .. I had fun
