World Cup 2006!

It has been around one month since the 18^th world cup started! And I can not believe that I did not write anything about that in my blog! In the beginning I wanna say that I am not a CRAZY football fan…I like that game but I am not so into watching every single match in the world cup!

The teams which I supported and I will keep supporting are Germany, South Korea and Japan. Unfortunately, none of them reached the final match….Germany lost and Italy won, I was sad but the Italians were good and they deserved to win.

Today, Germany will play with Portugal to book the third and forth. Though I like the Portugal team I wish Germany to win this game…in fact I will be happy if any of them won…..

The thing that I felt sad for was for my favorite Germany football player Michael Ballak when I saw him "Saying goodbye to his dream with tears" as AlKhaleej Newspaper said ---Is it only me or he looks like Jared?---. The same goes for the football player who I don’t really like David Bekham! Believe it or not, I really felt sad for him…

This year's world cup was nice not perfect but good….though I did not get the chance to know the news of all of the matches… and now for the final match, I am with Italy!!
