Silence,Essay,Headache,Music

Its 11;50 pm Thursday and I just finished writing my first essay in English for this year. It kind of surprising!! I thought that I will write a lot of essays when I first get to GE, but I guess that I did not see anything from GE’s tough work yet. The essay is for “Ways of knowing” about problems in urban cities.

I was working on it from 6:14 pm till 11:39 pm; I took one hour relaxing during that time. I brainstormed, outlined and wrote the essay…I felt strange writing an essay…its been a while, the last essay I wrote was in my final exam in L8

In that 6 hours…everything was quiet, I was only working. The only sound was coming from clicking on my keyboard and the music I was listening to. I like to listen to music while I work though I don’t really listen to them … but I hate silence.

I listened to Arabic, Korean and English songs. I felt lonely working like that…my grandma was sleeping and when she gets up, she asks if my Dad and brothers are at home yet. My brothers came in later, as usual no word said and even my Dad…maybe he saw me working and did not want to disturb me.

I still have this headache since yesterday’s incident when I was in the university.. Another embarrassing situation as usual…I simply was about to faint somewhere but thanks to my friends A&A I was saved…I don’t know why that happened, though I had breakfast and all that….

If this headache will continue till Saturday. I don’t think that I will make it to the university … I hate this days when I am not myself.
