The Love Album
I’ve known about this amazing boyband, in my opinion, for more than 5 years. Since that time and I am following their music and news. And day after day I became more attached to this band and grew to be a loyal fan. Those guys were my friends during my life in high school till now. Their music always gets me in to the mood of doing my homework or reading some story. The first time I watch them was in the MV “What makes a man” I thought that they were the famous BSB back then! But the song “World of our own” introduced me to the real Westlife world.
My band has been around for 8 years and recently they released their newest album. I love this new album for 3 reasons. One, it was released in my 20th BD. Two, its their 8th album and 8 is my favorite lucky number. Three, it is called The Love Album…really attractive. They had their first single as well “The rose” which is a very romantic song. This album contains songs mainly from the 1980s “Total eclipse of the heart” “Nothing is going to change my love for you” “The dance” “All or nothing”…etc.
I feel like I was living those lads’ lives as I know almost everything on press about them. I was happy and sad for them in many occasions like those social events: Bryan leaving Westlife, Shane getting married, my favorite member Nicky getting married which was news to me, Shane having a babygirl last year, Kian getting engaged, Mark announcing that he is gay and Nicky becoming a Daddy soon.
Even when they are in a tour, I always want to know where they will be going. They came twice to Dubai in 2000 and 2004. the sad thing is that I did not get the chance to meet them though I really would love to. The most amazing events I love to share with them know that they got another UK number 1, they got it 14 times so far.
I am so happy for their success and I wish them to be more successful in the future. I never want to hear that there is no more Westlife….it would be really sad if they apart after being together for so long! … ah well, nothing is going to change my love for Westlife anyways even if they actually apart one day.
