Interesting Metting -- New Family-- 1

1st day of August was a very pleasant day for me. The first reason is, after about 1 month I will be back to ZU and leave this boring holiday. I really missed that place; I did not stop missing it since I started this holiday…

The second reason – the important one- is about meeting members in my family who I did not meet before. My aunt H - who visited me last week with my uncle- told me that she is going to Sharjah and she will stop by me to say hi with one of my uncles and aunts.

When she was in the way she called again saying that she is coming but with more people. I knew that I was about to meet people who I did not meet before. For that, I kept looking at the mirror every two seconds. I wanted my NEW family to have good impression of me…

At 5:11 pm they arrived. I went to greet them and… WOW more than 10 people were standing in front of me!! I looked around them to see my aunt H, she was the last one to get out from the car. She greeted me and then she started introducing the new family to me.

Besides her, there were 3 aunts, 5 cousins – girls-, 2 uncles and one of my uncles’ wife – the one who got married recently-. I led them to the Majels, I was glad that there was enough room for all of them…

My aunt H asked me how I felt, I said in English “I’m flying without wings”. Everyone liked the phrase but I had to explain it to some of my old aunts. My aunt H told me that there are more members who I did not meet yet….
